You need to check the lease. You may not be able to get her out of there, if he is on the lease and your name is not. However, if you want to be mean, AND the lease indicates how many people are to live in the apartment, AND she makes one too many -- you could try to report her.
However, he might just kick you out. It may be time for you to look for your own place.
Keep in mind that if he has only known her for a short while, it may fizzle out quickly and she may be gone soon on her own.

Tell her that if she wants to stay in the house that you both share, she is going to have to do her share of the cleaning around the house, get a job and help you pay for it. If she doesn't, she has to go. Tell your uncle how you feel. To me, that's just not right. Tell him that he may have his name on that lease, but you're doing your fair share of paying to keep the place. It's just not right! If he has any common decency as a relative, he will at least hear you out. Luck to the both of you, especially you.

Tell him that while she's living there you would like to start splitting the rent and utilities 3 ways.

That's what you get for living with your uncle. Did he sign some contract that he was supposed to be celibate for the duration of your cohabitation?
