can someone let me see a milotic?

I need to see a milotic for my pokedex i only need 5 more until i have all the sinnoh pokemon recorded and im trying right now to find a feebas but its gonna take 2 long so can i ether battle someone or trade someone a azelf then trade back the milotic so i can stil have Azelf.

Just do the Elite 4, the champion has a Miloctic... You can't get the National Dex until you beat them, anyway...

you will find one by battling the champion. Whatever rare pokemon you are missing, she will have it.
