HOW TO SHOP ON LINE:
1] write down current measurements [ they'll change a lot until you are at least 16 ]; each company's size chart is a tiny bit different.
2] assess your wardrobe - what needs to be replaced? What doesn't look good on you? Get rid of them!
3] What do you need more of - tanks, Ts, shorts? What other colors/styles of each do you need? What can't be worn until you get new colors?
4] check shoes for each outfit - should have something in a ballet, van, flip flop, sneaker, etc.
5] scan the outlet or clearance section first
6] check your size first, then check out colors
7] ideally, all tops should go with at least three bottoms, and bottoms with at least three tops [ if one thing is ruined, the others can be worn ]
8] if you have to choose trendy tops vs. bottoms, go with tops - people notice them first
9] don't buy it just because it's in style - will it look good on you?
P.S. most guys have no idea what is in or out of style - we actually dress for other women.

check out american eagle. they have cute AND cheap stuff... mucho better then abercrombie and fitch :]
hollister is also a good one- great quality clothes and cheaper then a&f.
for accessories, go to the icing instead of claires. the icing has more sophisticated items.
