I was smokin for years every single day, night. I had to quit because I moved and had to look for work. About one month. I passed every drug test, I had to take. The urine ones, were the only ones I had. I bet you'll be cleaned out in a month.

It willl never be 100% out of your system in the way that a part of everything we have ever ingested will always remain with us. In so far as a drug test. Urine about 30 -45 days. Blood 45 - 60 days. Hair folicle up to 6 months. This is based on long term regular useage.

Working out or drinking water won't get the drugs out of your system any faster. It takes about 30 days for pot to leave your system, except your hair. It's there forever.

It takes a month for it to be completely out of your system...you can drink lots of water. If you need to take a drug test go to the store and buy some sure jell... its in the jelly isle...if you can't find it there ask customer service and they'll tell you where it is...its a 1.98 and what you do is mix it with a gallon of water and drink that...then you drink 1-2 more gallons of water... the day before a drug test and you will pass...

traces can be found in the hair for years. But, detectable levels will be gone in a month. And it doesn't depend on exercise, it depends on fluid intake as to increasing the amount that the kidneys can excrete in any given day. You need at least 2 liters of water every single day for optimal functioning of your body's systems. Add another liter to flush toxins.

damnnn everyone it doesn't take ttthat long. im sure no ones gonna be pullin out ur hair to test for drugs unless u wanna join the military or something. but since your working out and sweating alot it will prob take top 3 weeks cuz it stores in your fat cells and when u work out u burn fat off. and man i gotta give you credit, people who smoke that long become really smart. i kno most say you get dumber, but it gives you a whole new look on reality u kno.

It will be with you for 3 - 4 weeks. Not much you can do about that and it will be detectable in your hair for perhaps longer. Good that you quit thought. Stick with it. Working out is good and you'll leave the gym feeling strong, healthy, clean and your head will clear faster. Good job for stepping out of "life in the clowd of confusion."

It'll take up to two days to get sober again, but to get actually clean- i'd say a month or two.
Kudos to stayin clean.
