One day I was watching "The View" and Rosie announced that she was on a diet and went on to announce to the world that she was, if I'm remembering correctly, 213 pounds.
It was definitely over 200. And I have no judgments about that, I've been over 200 myself in the past. You would be surprised how easy it can happen.
