One side at a time unless the person can give you a special deal. If the motor is removed do both. In the chassis do one at a time.

If I am not mistaken this comes as a 2 gasket set. Might as well go ahead and change both

it is best to replace both when doing the head gaskets

if one is bad the other isn't far behind...do them both. while you have it down you might as well do them both othewise you are doing it all over again.
