Yes I can relate to you very well. I was throwing up at least 2 to 3 times a day for the first 4 months. After that it was probably once or twice a week. I couldn't eat anything what so ever and everything I used to love made me sick. I couldn't smell the smell of BBQ and I live in Texas how much fun is that. But it did go a little better after the 5th month.
Just hang in there. and just to give you hope, I had a daycare back then...so I feel for you.
Congratulations and Good luck

Oh honey, thats nothing. I am not going to sugar coat anything. I found out I was pregnant on a wed and was admitted to the hospital on Friday for dehydration, I was puking Jello! Nothing would stay down. I was throwing up about every 20 minuets at work and they made me resign instantly (even though I was trying to stick it out).
We went to a water park and I threw up there, I threw up in the car (along side the road). I got sick everytime I walked into the partially remodeled kitchen (the smell?) and when I let the dog out, I threw up in the 5 gal work buckets in the back room! I rarely made it to the toilet, threw up seperated rootbeer (that was a fun one) a got sick on a donut with NO drink...almost died because I got choacked and couldn't swallow or get rid..no one was home...I cried and cried. I puked on the ride to the hospital and before my surgery (cerclage) but didn;t puke during delivery.
PS-I am pregant again! (only sick in the morning & night and only thrown up 2x)

Been there! (sorry!) - my morning sickness was worse at night. As soon as I lay down to sleep, up I'd get puking. Ugh.
Some suggestions - eat lots of small meals, have protein at every meal/snack (plain yogurt and cheese sticks are great for this). When the nausea overwhelms, take a pinch of ground ginger powder in a tablespoon of maple syrup. The ginger helps with the nausea, and the syrup helps with keeping your blood sugar steady (real maple syrup has a slower impact than regular sugar on your metabolism).

I so totally know what you are going through. I threw up during my 3rd and 4th month. I am 16 and 22 weeks pregnant. Throwing up every morning and every time I woke up from a lil 1 or 2 hour nap was really hard. I didn't like it at all and it hurt so much! I have though went through what you are going through and so I know how you feel. I actually ended up throwing up about 3 or 4 times a day for about a month and a half.

For the first 3 months I was puking every day. I even ended up puking all over myself at work lol. It was not a pretty sight at all. Have you tried to drink seven-up with a bit of lemon mixed in with it? That helped me out A LOT. I also had some saltine crackers with it.

I was what I call "deathly ill" with morning sickness from 5-16 weeks. My doctor had me take B6 and a Unisom sleep aid every night and it helped me tremendously. It's safe, but be sure and approve it with your doctor first. Also- keep saltines and sprite by the bed- have some before you even get up. Ginger Snap cookies helped me too.

I did so much at first 14 weeks of my pregnancy, what i did was drink boost so i can get my vitamins. I drank pregnancy tea and it was mint flavored and that helped me. all i can say is eat very slowly. I used to fear eating because i knew it would come back up. I had a 4 year when this happened. eat light things and things u can digest easily.

Bless ur heart if you only have it in the morning.
I got it ALL DAY LONG. Especially overnight and in the morning.
NOTHING worked for me. EVER. i finally got rid of it at 17 weeks.
worst 17 weeks of my life. i threw up every where at home , at work, in bathroom sink, toilet, kitchen, on the side of the road, on vacation. in my sleep. everywhere. i felt like dying. and nothing helped. period. u name it i tried it.
and dont expect it to magically disappear at the end of ur first trimester (13 weeks) cuz it may not.
