I have had discharge before. Only a little bit and it's usually white or yellowish. I always get it about a week before my period.
But for the past 3 or 4 days I have been getting alot of discharge. My period isn't due for a couple weeks and this isn't normal for me. I have been getting way more than usual. It's white but there has been so much that it's started coming out in big clumps. I'm kind of worried.
Should I be concerned?

if there is itching along with these clumps of discharge, then it is likely just a yeast infection easily treated with Monistat from your drug store. If there is no itch, well, there is something going on because clumps aren't normal. Have you been drinking enough water to adequately hydrate yourself, if not that could also cause a very thick discharge.
You might want to consult your doctor to be on the safe side.

You should go to the doctor, you probably have a type of yeast infection. It can be treated quite easily, and it's nothing to be embarrassed about, almost all women will have at least 1 yeast infection in their life, and many get them quite often. The doctor will likely give you a pap test and do a swab to see what kind it is. I believe most are treated with a suppository which you insert yourself, which you do nightly for 1 to 7 days. That's it. I know I read the symptoms for one was a cottage cheese like discharge, if that sounds about right , that's probably what it is. Even if not, I would see my doctor just to get it checked out. Good luck!

You have a yeast infection and it can be very uncomfortable if it's not treated quickly. Diabetes can make you have more discharges and yeast infections. Are you one? That could be one answer. Just go to the doctor and get either a tablet or cream to get rid of it. Good luck!

Sounds like an infection to me if its coming out "In big clumps". At first I thought you were pregnant. Mine would come out so much that I thought I had my period, but yea, it wasn't. Does that discharge itch? You never mentioned that.
One vaginal infection looks like cottage cheese, but it usually itches. Thats a bad one. Check it out and let me know.

I would only be concerned if it had a funny smell or you had other signs of an infection somewhere. your body could just be cleaning itself out. Is there any chance of pregnancy?? Sometimes a woman will have heavier discharge when she is pregnant. Good Luck

Its difficult to say...this could be caused by a number of different things.
You could be pregnant, have an infection, have an STD, or have nothing wrong at all!
The best thing to do is go and see your doctor.
Hope everything's okay :)
