Conversely, if you wanted someone to experience a sense of contentment, what would you say to them?

gigiwen, i was hoping that you would expand slight more than what you did. Since we speak to ourselves, causing discontentment in the self is something that we do.

To induce discontent: "George W. Bush is still Emperor."

To induce contentment: "But not for much longer."

I don't want people to experience discontent. What is the point unless they have donw something dispicable and you want to express YOUR discontent with what they did. To my friends and family< I always try to find a way to praise them for what they did or said. Everyone needs to know from time to time that what they say and do is appreciated. Our lives are finite and I would like to experience as much contentment as I can and I feel the same for my friends and family. Blessings on you.

First question: I would tell them(in confined area, like car) that my Dr told me today that I have one of the worse flatulent problems that he has ever encountered. I guess to induce contentment I would roll down windows on car:)

I would ask a person if they really love themself then ask why they do what they do. The biggest thing is to acknowledge yourself. Then understand you need change. I love you all and I would only give what I seee as true. convince me of my wrongs and i'll do the same.

I don't go out to induce discontent in people not ever, I try to give all people honesty and choice I think that is the fairest thing that I can do.

I wouldn't say anything, I'd just give them a look for a minute and that would speak volumes and then I would smile.

First, in answer to your lead question: I'd say, "I'm sure you get asked this all the time, but what is your problem?"

In answer to your 2nd question: Don't worry. Be happy. You have a lot to offer.
