No. I don't even think 40 inch wheels exist on passenger cars. To be honest, anyone over 25 looks at a car with spinners and says "what an idiot!"

Where do you want to put 40 inches spinner on that car. Attach them to a trailer behind the car? How could you expect a reasonable answer to that.

Physically, someone could likely do it, but it would require massive modifications.
I have to agree with the person who said anyone over 25 laughs at the thought of spinners. I saw someone who had an SUV (swear to God, a freaking SUV) with spinners this evening, and I was thinking "Midlife crisis much?"

not 40in you cant even get that size rims on any honda car, but if you want spinners the biggest i have seem on a civic is 20 in and on an accord 22in.

you would have to lift the car so it clears the fender and chop the inner wheel wells out so it clears when turning, but it can be done. It would look like a 4x4 though

yes u can but i personally think it would look rediculus, u could chage ur wheels so u would have 40 inch hubcaps and then u could get those spinners, but that would just look retarded, and it would cost toooo , so yes, it is possible , and no it isn't probable and it would look ridiculace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
