I'd have to agree with you on Culver's. It's my favorite medium priced restaurant, too. The cheap one would be Taco Bell or Wendy's and Outback is my definite favorite for the more expensive category.

Expensive: I love the Canoe Club its in Illinois it has awsome seafood. The inside is beautiful, it has a waterfall and a huge palm tree in the middle, its awsome! The bar actually has a big shark tank in the middle. Too bad i cant sit there yet. lol
Ohh its not a real club its just the title.
Cheap: I love Wendys

I'm in the midwest too. I'd pick Wendys for cheap, and The Outback Steakhouse for more expensive.
