Why was Chii in the trash in the first place?
Did the Miss manager throw her away? Why was Chii in someone else's trash then?
Who sent that e-mail with the picture of the dark Chii?
I know it wasn't the manager seeing as she got them too. Maybe the dark Matrix guy from the end?
Are the books as good as the anime series?
I am considering reading them, but I kinda wanna know if they are worthwhile.

Everything will be revealed to you in about episode 24. Manga is way better than the Anime. Although the Anime does have the panties episode.
Just watch it and you will understand everything.

okay, chii was in the trash because the manager threw her away. She was in someone elses garbage so the REAL owner of Chii wouldn't be found out.
That government persocom, Jiima i think, sent that emial. Yes it was him
Kinda, i've read a few, and they are pretty good. but they added some stuff like always

Chobits is such a great series ilove it! i got started on it by the manga series, and then saw the anime. the manga is really good i would totally recommend reading it! Chi was acually the Manger's persocom. She and he husband couldnt have children so he made two persocoms, custom persocoms. That's why there are two of Chi, the other one was her twin, of sorts. And the manager and her husband hoped that someday the two "daughters" would find someone to love. but chi ends up falling for the husband, but she knows that she cant have him. it's a pretty sad story actually. Hideiki end s up falling for Chi but he cant have her because she's not technically human. but CLAMP stories are so awesome aren't they?
