Benedryl makes me drowsy so I sometimes take a couple a little while before I plan on sleeping if I want a really good night sleep. And it is safe to take while pregnant. Good Luck.

If you're 2 months pregnant I'm surprise you can't sleep all I did for the first 3 months was sleep. I used to go to bed at 6pm until 6 am...
Anyways, try not to think about it. Sometimes our minds play tricks on us. If that's all you think about when you go to bed, there's a good chance that's why you can't sleep. But if you can take naps during the day, well at least you are taking back the sleep that you lost. Maybe you're actually practicing for when the baby will be here...
Just kidding
Congratulations and good luck

I slept on the couch and slept anytime I was tired.. Your going to learn how to take naps since when the baby comes that's how you are going to get the most sleep... Also, cut back on your caffine if you drink sods/tea during the day and try going to bed at an earlier time.. Are you feeling anxious, uncomfortable... Just wait till you start getting a real belly and can't roll over.. Then the fun really begins... Good luck

oh hun, if you're having trouble sleeping now, wait until you hit your seventh month like me lol! I have to get up every five minutes to pee it seems and I can't ever get comfortable when I'm laying in bed. Not to mention, my little guy is most active late at night too.

Have you tried warm milk? I had some ovaltine two nights ago mixed with warm milk and if it weren't for bub kicking, I would have slept soundly the entire night. :)

At 2 months I was the same way. About 4 months it starts to taper off.
