i'm looking for classic novels, YA books, and romance novels. I know about the flea markets, thrift stores, and rummage sales for used books. Any one know where I can get new books for cheap?

Maybe www.bookmooch.com or www.paperbackswap.com. You do end up paying about $4 for envelopes and shipping, I think. And you have to have books to start with because you have to list 10 books to be able to get 1 book.

Lots of book-stores sell off remainders.
Church rummage sales often have books for sale.
Similarly yard/garage sales & flea markets.
You don't say what type of books, or if they must be new.

Try PaperbackSwap.com.

You can list the books you have already read then get credits for sending them to others. Then you use your credits to get books sent to you for free. You can so searches and save books to a Wish List or Reminder List. You get three credits right away when you list your first 9 books.

Half Price Books. They have new overstock books and used books. I buy everything except new books there. And if I can wait for a new book then I won't buy it until I can find it there.
