blown head gasket or warped head

Cracked Block from improper winterizing.
Cracked head from the above or overheating.
Blown Head Gasket.
Now may sister had a GTO and it was getting water into the oil, this was the Plate behind the water pump had a small hole formed from turbulence, but, it was a car, not sure what engine this have.

Water in the oil means you have a blown head gasket, your oil will look like milk, This is not the only but most common cause

One possibility if its not head gasket related, is you re oil cooler. If nobody put anti-freeze through the water pick-up line then blew it into the cooler. It can break in freezing weather and let the lake water get into you re oil when you dewinterize the boat.

you have blown a head gasket,or you have got it hot and you have warped a head ,or the head has developed a crack allowing water to pass from the cooling portion of the head to the firing portion.
get someone to do a compretion check which will tell you what cylinder has the breach.
pray that its a head gasket
