I supposed to stay. I have one more month left on my six month lease. I want to move now. Is there anything I can do say, I'm considering just baling they could find someone for the apartment in no time.

sometimes if you talk to your landlord, they will let you out of your lease early, depending on the reason you want to leave. my old landlord let me out of my lease early because of major repairs that needed to be done the he didn't want to do. I got my security deposit back too Just send a certified letter of the agreement if the landlord does ok the release.

They'll keep your deposit and they actually report it on your credit, making it harder for you to rent again. I wouldn't risk it. It's not your decision to decide how long it takes them to find someone. If your lease is for another month I would stick it out. Really 30 days isn't that long!

you signed a legal contract saying you'd pay the rent. you bail and they could sue. it's not about finding another tenant, it's a legal issue.

you could get someone to sub-lease for a month

leave now. but they will keep your security deposit. thats what it is for.
