This is a special product trinomial of the form
a^2+2ab+b^2=(a+b)^2.
Factor the ends: 16x^2 = (4x)^2 and 25y^2 = (5y)^2; so
16x^2+40xy+25y^2= (4x)^2+2(4x)(5y)+(5y)^2=(4x+5y)^2

16x^2+ 40xy+25y^2
196+40xy+25y^2
2(98+20xy+12.5y^2)

=] or you can just keep it at 196+40xy+25^2 because nothing goes into those numbers evenly
