I really don't know.I have never gave it much thought. I guess so roach spray people can make millions.In Texas we have them year around big ugly things 3to4 inches long. Everbody has them rich or poor.They grow in the trees,really like palm trees.If you are filty about your house and garbage. You have them bad.Other wise you can control them but never get rid of them completely.

I guess...to be swatted by the roll of morning newspaper, or to be beaten up by ants, or to be squished by cool shoes. Either ways we want them dead.
