red lump on the outside of the vagina, very sore and i can feel it rubbing as i walking around. its only popped up in the last few days, I know its not a STD cause I never slept with anyone never kissed anyone. Never shared personal items so what is it? Is it something teenage girls go through?

No it's not something they all through, it maybe a cyst, something of that nature, but tell r Mom & have it checked out
by r Dr. & because it's hurting you Dr. may lance it for u. He'll
freeze it & u won't feel it at all! He'll do this & send samples to
the lab for aprecaution & to find out what it is or was. No worries u'll be fine! I had one between my butt cheeks too.

Wiping too hard maybe?
Try applying some Neosporin a couple of times a day for 3-4 days and if it doesn't get better or gets worse, you probably should have a doctor take a look.

Your pants were too tight and the friction caused a sore. It will go away in a day or two, as long as your pants aren't too tight.

No sounds like you might have a boil. Go see a doc and get it checked out. If it is a boil they will want to put you on antibiotics to help it heal faster.

do you shave? it could be an ingrown hair, or it couldbe something like a bartholin's gland abcess... maybe you should ask a ob/gyn
