Northwestern has a Film & Media Studies Minor, but it does not include film production, which is apparently only open to majors. If you wanted to do production, you might think about doing a major in Film while taking a pre-med program of classes as a minor. I don't know if it is possible, but it is worth thinking about. You don't have to have a particular major to get into medical school as long as you have taken enough science classes.

Yeah man. Northwestern University should let you do that.

Medical schools will actually like that you have a wide variety of classes. So if you major in Biology and minor in Film, you get the best of both worlds!!

If the school offers both programs, sure.

My minor is Mathematics

Check with the University and see if they will allow you to minor in Film. Most colleges are liberal in the minor but some are strict. It will depend on the college you are applying to.
