As a man you can't respect him. As a wrestler. Yeah definately respected.........his talent. Theres no denying the man was amazing in the ring. But yeah his alleged crimes far outweigh, unfortunately outweigh, every bit of his in ring talent.

yes, there is a difference between what people do in the ring and outside of the ring. Chris Benoit was one of the best wrestlers ever to enter a ring. Just because he made some mistakes (big mistakes) doesn't take away what he did inside the ring and he should be entered into the HOF, probably not immediately like the did with Eddie Guerrero due to the circumstances of his death, but down the line after the issue isn't so current people will still be watching his matches and remembering how great he was, so he will hopefully be entered in a few years.

yes, I do and I always will. Obviously, something went wrong as far as the personal side of him but that doesn't discount the fact that he was one of the best wrestlers in the ring and thats what should matter. He should be in the hall of fame, if he did so much wrong, then so did Eddie G etc. and they got inducted. Vince is just mad cause this situation but a bad light on WWE and he is punished chris's memory for that. Chris, you will always carry a soft spot in my heart. Judge not less ye be judged!

I never actually knew Benoit as a person, and I'm not going to judge him now. If Chris Jericho himself is capable of saying that Benoit was a good human being, I'm not going to condemn him to hell like all the other retards here have jumped at the opportunity to do. As a wrestler, Benoit is still one of my favourites of all time. People really need to learn to differentiate between Benoit the wrestler and Benoit the person- they have the same name, but that's about all they have in common, for all we know.
Chris Benoit should, without a shadow of a doubt, be in the Hall of Fame. Will he? No. But it's like saying that Kosmo Kramer shouldn't be in the HOF for legendary comic characters because Michael Richards is a racist in real life. I'm not going to star anything because I think people in general need to shut the hell up about people they don't even know.

No, he is a worthless animal. He was good in the ring, but that doesn't even mean much, since it is just choreographed. It is pretty much like learning a dance, except they get thrown around more and cut their foreheads. He was horrid on the mic and couldn't cut a promo for anything, that is why he was never a top superstar. He put on a good show, and that is about it. His last show turned out to be the one everyone will remember him for now, a double murder suicide.

I still respect him as a wrestler. Maybe not as a man if it is true. The reason I still respect him is because what we have heard so far is just the beggining. It may not even be true. They are still investigating information. No one will really ever know what has happened. There is always a choice and reason for everything. I wonder where he is going , to hell or heaven. I starred your question!

I respect his in-ring accomplishments, not as a human being. Hall of Fame is probably out of the question for Chris.

I still respect him like i said in your last question,i still have a hard time dealing that he did this to his family. He shouldn't be totally ignored as a wrestler,he put effort and time into his career and for me to see people turn their back on him, well it makes me sick! How would everyone feel if 10 yrs later they find out that he was actually murdered and didn't commit suicide?I wouldn't believe the police on jack cause half the time they don't do their jobs right.

Hate the sin, not the sinner. I think that what he did is horrible, but I still respect the man for what he brought to the ring. His dedication to the company and to his fans is unrivaled these days. I will always enjoy watching old matches he was in and seeing those old rivalries. May Benoit rest in peace.

how do you know if he really did it? i dont think he did, look at the facts if you were in a hostage scene, would you ring somebody or text them? Chris deserves to be in the hall of fame, no matter what, what about eddie he was a drug addict, same for him then???????????//
