Mistakes terrorist make mistakes they try to blow us up

Then maybe they could have their day in court and be sent to prison if found guilty or allowed to live their lives if our government was wrong. Surely you do know they make mistakes, right.

Most members of Congress are lawyers. Many are effectively representing terrorists now. Even the ones that have never been caught are represented by them.

They have lawyers. They just don't have the right to their day in court, which is the major problem.
