Angels are tropical fish and need warmer waters than goldfish do. They can also be aggressive and a slow clumsy goldfish would probably get picked on by them

Angelfish are warmwater fish that obviously need warm water. Goldfish are coldwater fish that need cold water. If she is keeping the tank at tropical temperatures (the right temperature for the Angels), then she is killing the Goldfish. If she is keeping the tank unheated (for the Goldfish), she is killing her Angels. I wouldn't reccomend that you walk up to her and just tell her to sepparate her fish, maybe you should reccomend that she sepparate them and then show her this posting. Thank you for being concerned!

the short answer is No, they should not be in the same tank. Angels are tropical fish and prefer water temperatures at about 75 degrees. Goldfish like colder water at about 68-70 degrees. Either the goldie will be to warm or the angels will be too cold.

NO, goldfish are chilly water fish, angels are tropical fish., evan if that they had the comparable water subject standards, they could be terrible tankmates. Gold fish might desire to be in species purely tanks with comparable species of comparable sized goldfish purely. Angel fish might desire to be the biggest baddest fish interior the tank, they're going to combat for territory. in no way forget that angels are cichlids and be able to tutor into devils. Loaches might desire to be in shoals of a minimum of five, maximum of them are tropical fish.

Goldfish with goldfish only. Separate. Until then you can keep them in the same temp water. The goldfish will be ok. I promise. I have mine in 78 degree water year round.

No, no, no, no, and no :). The goldfish tend to be fin-nippers and your angels will not be very happy with that- nor will they be healthy considering the needed water conditions they both need.

Absolutely not. They have very different tank and water requirements.
