I think my boss is on to me at work, I'm on myspace a lot. I think a firewall has been set up. I delete my files everyday by using the tools tab, then Internet Options, clear history and delete files, and cookies. Would they have found sites, pictures, or anything else in the computer?

If they have a firewall and someone who knows how to use it they can see everything you've done online regardless of what you delete on your computer.

Well you didn't mention how big your company is and if they have an IT department or not.

If you are in a small company without an IT department then it is likely that no one is monitoring employee activity on the PC and the internet.

HOWEVER.... if you are in a company that has an IT guy/department then most likely your activities will be monitored at some point, especially if they pick up on the fact that you are on that site so much. The other thing to be aware of is that most companies with IT tend to have backups of everything that is done on the company pc's.

If I were you, I'd back off on the use of Myspace. Playing around on it is not worth losing your job over.

JMHO. Hope this helps.

All info gets stored on an external server if your working for a company that has at least over 50 emloyees. All downloaded content is kept for up to 5 years. That even includes a picture you saw on CNN website! So be very careful, a good way is to do excally what you have been doing so he doesnt suspect anything to check up on you.
Make sure you delete the autocomplete info, by going to tools, internet options, content, and somewhere down the bottom is autocomplete. clear all passwords etc

That would clear everything out to the untrained eye, but there are still ways of retrieving info if it is on a network. Certain tools are availiable to monitor connected systems, it would all just pretend how far your "I'm gonna need you to work this Saturday" boss is willing to go to ensure productivity.
