Your spelling and grammar cause me to doubt that you are actually ready for a supervisor position. Your first sentence (the headline) is not complete - it simply stops.
"I applied for a supervisor position with in the organization I work at and everybody tells me how amazed they "
I wish you good luck but you should not concern yourself with what your colleagues/supervisor think.

If I were a manager in a large organization, (which I am,) I would want to know a fair amount about an employee before promoting him/her to a supervisory position.

One of the things I would look at is their ability to communicate with others, as it is extremely important that a supervisor be able to do this well.

Many people like to think employers will not notice if they are unable to write properly, yet this is a primary tool of communication and employees have every right to expect that their supervisor be able to communicate well in all standard ways.

In the first line of your letter there are three spelling errors. More spelling errors follow, grammar is poor and, worse, entire words that are obviously needed to complete your sentences are missing.

Perhaps this response seems unfair, but if what you have just written is representative of your normal work, then you have a definite need to improve your basic skills, and you should not expect senior positions until you meet this need.

Frankly stated, I have read a great many resumes. Resumes must be scanned quickly and, once that is done, those that seemed interesting are given a closer reading.

When I see obvious errors it tells me that if the writer is unwilling to take the effort to ensure even this most vital document is done perfectly, when they have unlimited time and opportunity to do so, then that is what I should reasonably expect from them in the future, when they are on the job. The resume does not receive a second reading: it is trashed.

Yours, moderately corrected:

You sound sincere, so I hope you do get the job. Please work on the skills mentioned to ensure you have a better chance for additional promotion(s).

I have worked with and managed many great people. They were loyal, hardworking, devoted to the company. They stayed late without complaint, came early if asked and helped others whenever they could.

But they could not manage people. They could not manage time and schedules. They were not problem solvers and sometimes were overwhelmed if asked to make a decision.

Being great at your job does not always mean that you will be great supervising others doing that job. There are different skills involved. (For those of you jumping on misspelling and grammar, this supervisor position may not require any literacy at all.)

If you don't get the position, it does not mean that you are not respected and valued for the work you do. It means that the other candidate had more of the skills they were looking for.

I hope that you will be happy with the outcome, whatever it turns out to be.

If you are the best person for the job you will get it. If you are not the best person for the job you will not.
