C Make small talk about the weather or the restaurant, mention how it so packed to get somewhere to sit. If they are polite be polite back

Sounds like a good choice and Say hello and then introduce yourself and say how are you doing today. Then go on from there and see what happens if she continues to talk just exchange looks and just talk and be polite and just listen and things should be fine.

If that guy is cute and charming: c. But if he is really annoying and not nice ,well i'll stand up and walk away.... But if we had some eye contact before, it could be fun if the guy comes and sits in front of me. :) He must be nice and not aggressive!

Make small talk...... why not find out what it is she/he wants before shrugging them off or ignoring them. They could have retrived something you dropped or want to tell you something you need to know. Who knows maybe you have your skirt tuked into your pantyhose or a big brown stain on the rear of your pants. Give them a chance to explain themselves there could be a reasonable explanation for their odd presence.

funny you ask... heh heh. this actually happened to me about 8 mos ago. i was at a restaurant waiting for my drink order and my co-worker (i think he was taking a dump) and a lady walks up and sits down as the waiter brings me the drink order (long island ice tea for me and a Bahama mama for my coworker). she is just sitting there, so i said to her "there you are, i ordered you a Bahama mama. i hope you dont mind."
turns out, she was kinda interesting. something about her ex following her. i dunno. she may have been looney.
