I would of said a girl but I looked it up for the sake of it and found: "Despite widespread speculation that he was female, Tweety is and has always been a male character, something that he often has confirmed in The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries"

I used to think the same thing, then I noticed those BIG lashes. So I figure for sure Tweety Bird is indeed a female.

in spite of the common hypothesis that he became lady, Tweety is and has continuously been a male character, something that he generally has shown in the Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries.

Who cares? I always root for Sylvester.
It's hard to tell, but it's a male character. It's a common confusion. Like Nermal in Garfield (especially on TV), Nermal's male, even though he has a feminine voice.
