I picked off a zit.. i know bad and i think a few layers of skin came off with it with it slowly return back to normal?? What should I do please help thanks..

You're probably going to end up with a scar there, but in the future remember that pinching, prodding, or popping is never a good idea when it comes to acne. For now, try using Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel to diminsh the appearance of the scar. In the future, just remember - hands off!

It depends how old you are. If you are under 25, the skin will grow back normally. After 25, we stop producing collagen.

Yep...totally normal, i do it a lot :S
Try putting ice or a cool cloth on it to bring down the redness. Don't put any lotions or creams on it. Try using cover up if you can.

simple. just leave it alone. do not pick zits or pimples because it will scar. good luck

ha. been there done that....just leave it alone and it if itches just splash it or just wet it a lil with cold water.
