I'm doing an electrolysis experiment and require equipment to make up for the beaker and test tubes and something to hold the test tubes. What could I use in the home if don't have this equipment

An inverted jar. A glass baking dish. Clothes-pins to hold the test tubes. I cannot imagine how you will fix the clothespins to something. You are a pioneer. Good luck.

You probably have insulated wire.
Twist up a wire frame to hold the tubes in the beaker.
