Let's go out for a nice dinner, with a martini or two.
Then, I will draw you a nice warm bubble bath with champagne, strawberries, and candles and leave you alone to soak and enjoy the silence (Maybe some light jazz or classical for you).
Then, when you come out, you can lay on the bed and I will give you a PG-13 rated warm-oil massage.

remember that other people are feeling the same as you are .
you can go for a quiet walk in a park or read a good book.
call a friend who will understand
take a shower/bath and then relax. put your mind at ease and think about your week end. plan a good day for your self.

Get off of the computer, that'll only make you depressed and give you a headache.
Call a friend and go see a movie.
Or go bowling.
Go to a drive-in theater.
Go to dinner with someone.
Go for a run.
Go to the park.
Go skating.
Go get icecream.
Go on a roadtrip.
Or, my personal favorite, bring out your absolute favorite CD, crank it loud as hell, and clean.
It'll get your mind off of things.
I hate cleaning, but that always works.
