I like the second one. In both pictures you give eye contact which is good. What's better about the second one is the fullness of your face that makes it much more appealing.

Number 1 - but if you're planning on using it for your avatar. I'm against it. Especially because you're a pretty young girl - the Internet is really not a safe place to be displaying pictures of yourself.

I like the 3rd one best! The other 2 show too much forehead and it looks like you're leaning in too much. The 3rd one is really cute : )
