in the wall to from the living room to the exterior of an old brick home??
Basically, there would be a hole in the wall if the stove was removed.
The gas has already been shut off, and basically this stove is an eye soar.

Thanks!

Any qualified and licensed home remodeling contractor can do this work. Just make sure that he understands the scope of the work you want accomplished and request a fixed price to complete the work.

Also, make sure that the contractor understands that they are not to do any additional work over and above the fixed price without authorization in writing from you - prior to doing the additional work.

This will keep arguments at the end of the job to a minimum.

Best of luck.

You must have a licensed gas/fitter disconnect the gas line from the stove and CAP it off. Any contractor
can repair the hole, but he CANNOT disconnect the gas line. Avoid an explosion.

If you want you can get a handyman number from someone you know and he can do the job and you will save some money also. You can ask your local hardware store for a handymans number as well.
