We would like to vacation at a Kentucky St. Resort Park. Which one is the best?

We have young children, ages 6,4 and 2. Also, we definitely would like access to a pool. We live in Ohio, so they are all pretty convenient for us to get to---location in Ky. is not an issue.

One of my favorites is Carter Caves. I like it because it offers a great atmosphere -- and the caves are always fun. It also offers cabins along with the lodge as well as a swimming pool. There is also a small lake.

Kentucky horse park is nice.
