I think they used USS Philadelphia somehow to help NASA stage the moon landings.

And hide the gunman on the grassy knoll.

The USS Philadelphia was used to set off the Bermuda triangle, fake the moon landings, hide visiting UFOs and is currently the base for black helicopters. It is also a factory to make the stuff in chemtrails. The Ark of the Covenant, the Holy Grail, evidence that fluoridation and immunisation are toxic and the parchments found at Rennes-le-Chateau are hidden on board as well.

OK, First of all, cutting edge technology is only barely managing to hide Radio Electromagnetic Waves. Even the most conservative estimates say that developing a way to somehow hide things in the visible spectrum, is at least a year or more away.
