I was at my cabin in the woods for a few days.I have not seen any ticks on me. No fever But I do have a headache and my muscles ache.

Doesn't sound like a tick bite. More like a black widow bite. Any other spider would have caused more skin damage and more sever symptoms. Best to go find a walk in clinic and have it checked out. Especially with the numb foot and muscle aches

I don't think it's a tick bite, but it definitely sounds like a bite of some kind. Take 5,000 - 10,000 mgs of Vitamin C through out the day and drink lots of water. The Vitamin C will help fight the poison. If the bump gets any worse or if there are red streaks, then you should see a doctor.
