No, they shouldn't affect the weight loss thing. Are you losing vanity pounds or a lot of weight? If it's like 1 or 2 pounds, then, forget it, you go to the bathroom and you can lose that weight... If it's like 10 or more, keep trying and eat healthy.

It effects every woman differently, some gain weight and some lose weight, but it's usually within a range of 5 pounds. Some women don't gain or lose at all. Just do the exercise and dieting you've been doing, but take it up a notch. Get advice from a nutritionist. You should not have a problem.

No, the birth control pill has no effect on losing weight. They never have with me.
It's mostly due to your metabolism and how much exercise you're getting in relation to your diet.

actually, one myth of being on birth control is gaining weight. You should be able to lose weight but u have to watch your diet as well....exercise alone will not help. I'm the same way and Im starting Alli on monday and i hope it works, lol.

no it shouldnt make it harder to loose weight. the only effect that birth control takes on you besides being able to get pregnant is not having your period that long, only for about 3 or 4 days
