If you are talking about Dwarf Gouramis, then that would be fine and you could even add some more fish (Dwarf Gouramis get 2-4 inches long). If you are talking about normal Gouramis, no way! Normal Gouramis get 8+ inches and generally larger. So you could only fit those fish into a 20 gallon tank if you were getting Dwarf Gouramis.

Are they dwarf gourami? If they're not, no way! They blue powder gourami will be bullies in that small of a tank. But 2 dwarf are ok. I have a 15 gal with 3 platy (same size as mollies) and 7 neons and 1 dwarf fire gourami. There's plenty of room.
