yes, but its much less likely in males than in females. All our pelvises start out as two separate parts as babies, basically a left and right half which meet in the front to form the "pubic" bone, and in the back form a joint meeting with you coccyx or "tail bone" in between. in a male, the front connection fuses fairly solid, while in females the front connection (or pubic symphessis) stays flexible cartilage, in order to allow it to move to facilitate childbirth. It is not uncommon for women to dislocate the pubic symphessis during late pregnancy or shortly after child birth. This would be much less likely for men since the pubic symphessis tends to fuse and be very firm. Anyone can dislocate the connection in the back, the sacral joint, but unless you have an unusual condition this requires a lot of force, but could happen in an accident or sports injury. It is far more common to dislocate the hip (femur) from its socket in the pelvis.

they can dislocate your legs from your pelvic bones, which widens your pelvic bone. they do it to women sometimes when the baby is too big to come down their birth canal.
