Either ur the same person or netgear have a big problem
Do you not own instructions
place cables from modem to router router to pc and then apply power cable
run network setup wizard and also add new hardware wizard if u lack the cd

Take it back and get a linksys. My sister in law only had problems with hers. She had to replace it twice, the third time I talked her into a linksys no more problems. Easy setup and has a pdf manual for references. If you don't believe me search the model for problems.

goto Netgear's support website and ask there they are the best ppl to ask or download the manual for ur. router
