What is up with guys driving right up alongside a woman walking down the sidewalk and blasting their horn? Do they seriously think that increases the odds of them getting laid?

Guys like that are an embarassement to men in general. So, let me apologize for guys who act like that. We aren't all that tacky!

That seems like a very strange thing to do. I have never heard of this particular type of behavior. I know things are different in different cultures and places, but as a man, I do not see how this could possibly increase my odds of getting laid or even my odds of getting to talk to the woman. In fact, it seems to me that the most likely result would be that the woman would get ticked off.
If you don't mind my asking, where are you living that this happens to you?

Those are little children, no matter how old the calendar says they are. They need to grow up if they want any decent woman to pay any attention to them.
