My betta has been sick for a month now. She stopped eating, would stay at the bottom of the tank, or would gasp for air at the surface. She also has swollen lips with black spots on them.
Today she blew her first bubble nest since she got sick!!! She also ate 3 pellets!! But for some reason she had trouble swallowing them (could be related to her swollen lips?). She also is swimming around more. I think she's better because of either the BettaFix I treated her with last week, or because I changed her water using aged water rather than conditioned water.
So do you think my Betta will survive whatever is ailing her??

Actually, it's a male betta. I tend to call him a "her" because he's pink and also because male bettas look girly to me. lol

The fact that she's eating and swimming again is a good sign. Actually her lips don't look all that swollen (at least no more so than a typical betta). I would suggest soaking her food for a minute in water before you give them to her - this may make them easier for her to eat.

If the water change brought about the change, I'd continue to use that for her water changes - there may be something in the conditioner to which she's sensitive. Keep up her changes to 25% each week for a filtered tank, 100% every 3 days for an unfiltered one.

And while its less typical for a female to blow a bubble nest, some females do. Although it's hard to see them in the photo with the previous question, yours has nicely colored fins!

Well i think she is getting better, I suggest you do more water changes, If she is at the surface gasping for air this meens there is a lack off oyxgen, i suggest you geta air pump and a air stone and run som oxygen into her bowl, Or even get a small sponge pump?
