You might be getting different answers because there's more than one type of underwater frog.
African dwarf frogs are safe with fish, but African clawed frogs (and this is what the albinos will be) are not - they grow to the size of a baseball and eat anything (including fish and each other) thay they can fit into their mouths.
See this link about drarf frogs, there's a link inside to a page about clawed frogs: http://allaboutfrogs.org/info/mypets/dwarfs.html
As far as the fish, you wouldn't want to keep any with the dwarf frog that would be large enough to eat him, or that would be bullys. Some guppies, platys, swordtails, danios, tetras, smaller barbs (cherry), dwarf gourami, betta, corydoras catfish will all be okay with them as long as the barbs and tetras are kept in a proplerly sized school (6+).

The African Clawed Frogs (not Dwarf Clawed Frogs, that is not a real animal) are going to get fairly large, maybe 5 inches, and it might kill any fish you could keep it with. There is also an African Dwarf Frog that only gets about 2 incehs. The African Dwarf Frog might get eaten by large aggressive fish, but would be fine with community fish. I think you have it confused, it sounds like you have a peaceful African Dwarf Frog, so you could keep it with some Guppys or Tetras if you wanted.

yes your fish can go with certain frogs like african dwarf frogs but not the albino frogs because they grown large and will eventually eat the fish. i have 2 african dwarf frogs in my 20 gallon tank with my fish and they dont seem to bother each other at all.

We feed our frogs minnows, so nope. Because they love the taste of those swimming things.
