Jon Stewart knows nothing about Oklahoma weather?

He was such an idiot to make fun of this weather commercial from Oklahoma. Gary England saves lives; Jon Stewart is a clown and not even a funny one.

People elsewhere don't understand that Oklahoma weather is crazy and we take it seriously. Not like those foolish people in New Orleans who didn't protect their families from the hurricane.

Of course he doesn't! -He's a Comedian, NOT a weatherman. He's going to joke about the weather WHEREVER he goes- it's what he DOES.! :)

I understand about weather in Oklahoma. I'm sure you learn about tornadoes at a young age, and everyone takes them seriously. Where I live, in California, we have earthquakes. People say 'Wow, I'd never live in California--you have earthquakes!' But I would rather have those than tornadoes.

But come on. It was a really stupid commercial. It was -funny-! If you're huddling in the basement waiting for tornadoes to pass over, you can get the weather news from ANY radio or TV station. There isn't one particular weather guy you trust more than others. None of them actually predict the weather, they all get the same information from the weather service run by the fed. govt. and relay it to you. It isn't like there's just one weather guy who cares about you and always tells the truth, and all the rest lie or read yesterday's weather by mistake or something like that.

The commercial was funny so Stewart brought it to our attention. He meant no disrespect of Oklahoma or tornadoes.
