how long should i wait to take up gym classes after i have my boy(due in 20th august) i am thinkin on breast feeding and i know sometimes that makes u loose weight and i dont want 2 loose 2 much at once also i have been told by my midwife i have senstive pubis disorder or something like that it is called i have the physio this monday and will find out more but how long should i wait if i have this

Honestly, it is different for everyone. Plus, if you should end up with a c-section that would make it even longer. The best bet is to discuss it with your midwife and find out what she thinks. You could ask her now, but it might change depending on how the delivery goes.

Usually about 6-8 weeks with a vaginal delivery and 8-10 with a c-section.

they tell you 6 to 8 wks before you start working out I waited one week then slowly started working out but I had also gained 70lbs so I wanted to quickly start getting back in shape after my c-section, start slowly.

U should definetley ask your doctor. Every woman is different, meaning . . .whats good for them might not be good for you.
