i have gels that need a fill, i really don't want to spend the $$ on filing them before the job when the job says they'll teach them to me.. is it still ugly to present myself with nails that need a fill even if I can't afford it??

buff them down and paint them . then if you can't afford them take them off.

get your nails filled because the last thing you need to happen is if your doing someone else nails and yours fall off.
