Let me guess...you're doing a thesis or your doctoral dissertation on "thinking?" Doesn't analyzing it to this extent take the joy out of living?

You have posted your question under "philosophy" my friend...So I would take your question as one of inquiry into personal perspective. That being said, I would answer by saying that no one "makes' you think. As to 'What makes you think' I would simply suggest that 'thoughts' come to us all randomly (albeit influenced by our personal experiences.) How you react or respond to those experiences is another matter indeed, but in the big picture your choice alone. Blessings..
