Hmmmm, I'm a real foot fanatic, but....hmmmmm.
A woman who has ugly (as in uncared for) feet can never be beautiful, unless, that is, she has a REASON for not taking care of her feet. ie: diabetes, pregnancy, etc.
"A woman that has beautiful feet can never be ugly". Hmmm. OK, I'm going to have to say I agree with that one. I really appreciate beautiful feet. Yes -- I notice -- always. AND, my feet are beautiful. Shimmery lilac nail polish today.
