You have a problem and trust issues, it's almost like you feel you have to costantly defend yourself against others, and this builds up anxiety, which in turn becomes anger...built up frustration turns to anger ...seriously you need an out let, a release otherwise you will drive everyone away from you, and feel even worse.... if it is so bad you need to speak to someone seriously you cannot to allow yourselt to feel like this, it's damaging...good luck.
