There is flooding in Texas & Oklahoma, not enough water in other States?

I don't know, but I sure wish God had like some sort of a "human comments" forum, for him and/or any of his "assistants" to answer sooooo many questions about world's injustice and evil!

I honestly don't think He micromanages the world. He set mother nature in motion and allows the laws that govern nature to control where/when the water flows. Not to mean that He can't intervene and send help if/where needed.
