I'm planning to move to Boston, MA, due to life reasons. I plan to transfer to a Boston, MA university. However, considering I'm from Puerto Rico, I am practically clueless on the subject. To the best of your knowledge, which universities and colleges in Boston offer majors concerning literature, writing and publishing? (Any of the fields will do as long as it's about writing.) Thanks! :)

There are more colleges and universities in the Boston, MA area than anywhere else in the country, and since all of the majors you mention generally fall within the general subject matter of "English", most of them would have such a department. You will find that you have dozens of options. Find a list of Boston-area universities and look at their on-line catalogs for their English departments, to see if they offer the type of coursework in which you are interested.

ANY college will offer basic courses like that to you.

I beg of you to reconsider looking into something like creative writing. It's a great degree, but it's hard to find use for it outside of college unless you plan on teaching creative writing at the collegiate level.
